Zenith Vehicles in Leeds is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Technology team. Based in Leeds with hybrid or remote working arrangements agreed, you will design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions to support a major business transformation.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects and engineers to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft solutions that drive measurable value for colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform technologies including Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, data structures and integration approaches.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to Azure integration services, DevOps practices or large-scale transformation programmes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain customisations, integrations, workflows and automations across the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, estimation and solution reviews.
• Support testing, defect resolution and deployment activities across multiple environments.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure solutions meet agreed engineering standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the team.
