Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant for a fully remote role, working across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects to help clients streamline processes and maximise CRM value.

You will gather business requirements, configure solutions, deliver workshops and training, run user acceptance testing, and support Power Platform implementations with Power Apps and Power Automate. 2 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner (MSP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Support Power Platform implementations, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system improvements.
