Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant to join its growing team. This fully remote role involves working across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects to improve client processes and maximise CRM value.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring CRM solutions, delivering workshops and training, and supporting Power Platform implementations.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner (MSP).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience delivering end-to-end CRM projects.
• Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
