A leading business is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to expand the adoption of their CRM system across the organization. This role demands a blend of technical design and hands-on implementation, supported by a skilled team of developers. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Dynamics and strong stakeholder management skills, contributing to enhanced customer experiences and effective internal processes.

The role
The CRM is currently used in parts of the business and is performing well. The goal now is to expand its adoption across the entire organization.
The business is receptive to this expansion, recognizing the benefits already achieved.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximize CRM benefits.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
Resources are ample; you will not manage the team but will be assigned tasks and have access to a skilled, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
