Job summary

ITW Construction – Offsite Europe is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the smooth flow of materials through purchasing, order tracking and supplier coordination. The role uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to raise POs, receipts, and manage supplier performance, with regular communication to schedule deliveries and resolve shortages.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient with Excel and data reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Site-based role in Glenrothes, Fife.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and process goods receipts within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Build and manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues.
• Resolve supply issues by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to minimise disruption.
• Produce regular inventory and supplier performance reports, including KPI and SLA reporting.
• Escalate quality, availability, and delivery concerns where supplier performance falls below expectations.
• Apply ITW’s business model and 80/20 time and project management approach.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team.
• Ensure the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.
