Job summary

HSO is seeking a Managed Services Business Lead Consultant to join the UK team in Manchester. You will lead advisory work with industry customers, plan optimisation roadmaps, and drive value through Microsoft Dynamics and cloud technologies, collaborating with account teams to shape service delivery and continuous improvement.

You will work with Customer Teams to define scope, deliver high-quality business and software services, and advance transformation initiatives leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O

Qualifications

• Hands-on software implementation experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in a consulting role across multiple clients or industries.
• Expertise in providing consultancy over multiple modules in a D365FO/AX environment.
• Experience with Dynamics D365FO/AX in a consulting or end-user role.
• Adept at Business Requirement Analysis.
• Dynamic 365 F&O Certification in Finance, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
• Willingness to travel to support customers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan the optimisation roadmap as the lead consultant.
• Build a roadmap of continuous improvement and engage to meet MS managed services targets.
• Analyse business processes and clarify customer requirements to define scope.
• Design/mapping of business processes and documentation of high-quality solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and identify upsell opportunities with customer teams.
