Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Head of Consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, mentoring a growing consultancy team while engaging directly with customers on delivery.

You will lead complex D365 BC projects, run workshops, design solutions, and guide consulting staff while maintaining active client engagement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Strong functional consulting background with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Experience mentoring or managing consultants.
• Microsoft Partner experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance, operations and supply chain processes.
• Able to build trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
• Hands-on, customer-facing leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Business Central implementations and transformation projects.
• Run customer workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Provide strategic consultancy to clients across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop consultants within the team.
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning and customer demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive best practice delivery standards across the consultancy function.
• Balance consultancy leadership with hands-on customer engagement.
