Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a Finance & HR Consultant to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a live, business-critical environment. The role focuses on post-go-live service delivery, advisory work and long-term client success across multiple customers.

You will bring a strong ERP background, with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance modules and HR knowledge, plus the ability to communicate clearly with client stakeholders and maintain trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong ERP background with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in live environments.
• Experience supporting Finance and HR modules in a client-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of support, service and advisory cases across multiple clients.
• Triage, analyse and resolve Finance and HR issues within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Prioritise workload to meet SLAs while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Act as trusted functional advisor to clients and provide clear updates.
