Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join a growing Dynamics practice. The role is fully remote in the UK with salary up to £50,000 depending on experience (DOE).

You will lead functional delivery across new D365 CE implementations and optimizations, run discovery sessions, configure CE and Power Platform, support UAT and data migration, and act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Experience across D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades or transformation projects.
• Comfortable running workshops and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to take ownership of workload while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional delivery across new Dynamics 365 CE implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and recommend solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and assist with UAT, data migration, training and system rollouts.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve how clients use their CRM and Power Platform environment.
