• Degree level qualification or NVQ Level 6.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and related services.
• Log, triage and resolve support tickets promptly.
• Keep customers informed of progress and timelines.
• Maintain systems in line with supplier releases.
