Job summary

Telefónica Tech in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance projects. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, design robust financial solutions, configure D365 Finance, and guide data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

You will deliver end-user training, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions align with business needs while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across multiple UK office

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance projects.
• Ability to define and optimise financial processes within D365 Finance.
• Experience with client workshops, requirements gathering and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance.
• Support configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
• Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
• Design and deliver functional elements including configuration and no-code customisation.
• Create and maintain solution documentation to support delivery.
• Lead customer workshops to capture and align requirements.
• Input into solution design and validate delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Test, validate and support acceptance testing and go-live activities.

Your Role

As a Senior Dynamics Finance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

• Working with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance accordingly.
• Supporting configuration, data migration, and full end-to-end testing.
• Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
• Designing and delivering functional elements, including configuration and customisation without code.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation to support successful delivery.
• Facilitating customer workshops and meetings, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and agreed.
• Providing input into solution design and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs.
