Job summary

Hitachi Solutions UK is seeking an experienced Finance & HR Consultant to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in live, business-critical environments. You will manage incidents, service requests, and advisory work across multiple clients, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Ideally, you bring a consulting background with hands-on D365 experience and a service delivery mindset to optimise client outcomes and system stability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in live environments.
• Experience supporting post-go-live on ERP projects, with service delivery mindset.
• Experience across multiple clients with case management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of support cases across multiple clients.
• Triage and resolve Finance and HR issues in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Prioritise workload to meet SLAs and service expectations.
• Communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
