Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking an experienced Contract Change Trainer for a 9-month assignment based in Bristol. The role will be hybrid with 2–3 days per week in the Bristol office, delivering high-impact, role-specific training for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across UK offices.

Reporting to the Change Lead, you will design and deliver training to support adoption of ERP-driven processes, manage training assets, and contribute to go-live readiness and post-go-live support across multiple

Qualifications

Proven experience in change training within large-scale transformations.
Experience delivering ERP training, ideally for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience supporting multi-site, cross-functional implementations with large user populations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and training needs analysis.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams across UK sites.
Develop targeted learning strategies from training needs analyses (TNA).
Design, develop and deliver role-based, process-driven training (virtual and in-person).
Create user guides, simulations and digital learning content.
Create scalable training assets using tools like Adobe Captivate and MS Office.
Coordinate Go-live readiness, hypercare and post-go-live support.
