Job summary

Morson Group is partnering to appoint a Finance Change Lead for an 8-month engagement in London, working hybrid 2 days on-site. You will drive change across finance and ERP, focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ensuring adoption and embedding of new processes.

This hands-on role requires practical application of ADKAR, strong stakeholder management, and a delivery-focused approach to land changes with finance teams and senior sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change within finance transformation programmes.
• Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O and ERP implementations.
• Must apply ADKAR framework to drive adoption and sponsorship.
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management approach for a finance transformation and ERP programme.
• Apply ADKAR to build awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement.
• Carry out change impact assessments on core finance processes and translate to plans.
• Engage stakeholders from finance teams to senior leadership and secure sponsorship.
• Design and deliver communications, training and engagement for the D365 F&O rollout.
• Collaborate with programme team and finance SMEs to land process changes with end users.
• Identify risks/resistance and report progress to programme leadership.
• Produce change deliverables: stakeholder maps, comms plans, readiness assessments, training materials.
