Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to design and deliver end-user training across Finance functions, including GL, AP, AR, and budgeting modules. You will create user guides, SOPs, and training materials while driving business readiness and user adoption.

You will partner with Finance SMEs, Change Managers, and Project Teams to run instructor-led, virtual, and classroom sessions, supported by UAT preparation and knowledge transfer activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience delivering ERP or D365 training programmes.
• Experience creating user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and business readiness activities.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of change management and learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user training programmes for D365 Finance & Operations.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and classroom-based training sessions.
• Deliver role-based training for Finance users across GL, AP, AR, Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting & Financial Reporting.
• Develop training environments and scenarios for UAT and testing; capture feedback for improvement.
• Engage with Finance SMEs and key stakeholders; provide floor-walking and hypercare support during deployment.
