Job summary

tml Partners is seeking an experienced CRM Product Manager to shape and deliver a high-performing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will translate strategic vision into a clear 12–24 month roadmap and a predictable release pipeline, reporting to the Director of Operations.

You will run disciplined product lifecycle management, oversee sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and lead a cross-functional Backlog & Release Taskforce to streamline intake and remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Senior CRM product leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data governance.
• Experience with BAU product health and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM product lifecycle and roadmap.
• Lead backlog and release governance with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor adoption, service metrics and system stability; manage direct reports.
