Job summary

Kantar is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide the adoption and direction of our Dynamics 365 platform across global teams. You will own the roadmap, drive cross‑functional delivery, and partner with IT, operations, and product teams to ensure the platform delivers business value.

You will champion data‑driven improvements, oversee platform operations, and shape the CRM, Project Operations, and Finance workflows to empower teams worldwide. Hybrid work is available in the UK.

Qualifications

Proven ERP platform management experience.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Sales, Insights, Project Operations).
Experience translating business needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog for Dynamics 365 platform and related modules.
Collaborate with product teams to gather and prioritise requirements.
Align platform development with business goals and metrics.
Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and value.
Coordinate delivery with IT, developers, and vendors for feature delivery.
