Job summary

Softwerx is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer to own the setup, optimisation, and day-to-day management of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. This role enables sales, marketing and service delivery teams through automation, customisation, dashboards and best-practice CRM usage.

Reporting to CTO with accountability to CMO and CRO, the successful candidate will be the internal SME for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, ensuring GDPR compliance and operational

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service).
• Strong experience with Power Automate and Dynamics dashboards/reporting for data visualisation.
• Solid understanding of CRM data structures, data hygiene, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing and service teams in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Able to work independently and with a team, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with change, and a strong bias for action and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimisation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, and Customer Service.
• Manage users, security roles, and permissions.
• Oversee customisations and solutions.
• Support the creation of marketing campaigns where necessary.
• Lead data cleansing initiatives to support prospect and customer engagement.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows to improve efficiency.
• Translate business requirements for reporting across Dynamics 365 apps and work with Power BI developers to deliver insights.
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
