Job summary

Zenzero, a fast-growing UK tech company, seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant for our Business Applications team. You’ll work with clients to understand needs, design ERP/CRM solutions, and deliver value using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

You’ll lead workshops, translate requirements into roadmaps, configure Sales and Customer Service modules, and partner with technical teams to deploy solutions that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a functional consulting capacity.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A consultative mindset with a passion for using technology to drive business improvement and transformation.
• Knowledge of data integration, reporting, and digital process design would be advantageous.
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or managed services environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that solve real business challenges.
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
• Work alongside technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Create solution designs, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support clients through the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and adoption.
• Advise customers on Power Platform best practices, integration strategies, and future product capabilities.
