Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Sales Consultant to bridge sales and delivery. You will design tailored solutions and deliver compelling demonstrations to help win engagements and drive growth across mid-market customers.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with delivery teams to ensure technically sound proposals and successful handovers from pre-sales to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven pre-sales or technical consulting experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of BC functionality, configuration and integration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for delivery teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in MSP or consulting environments and familiarity with CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Consultant to validate designs before proposals.
• Translate requirements into precise technical specifications for delivery.
• Prepare tailored demos and proofs of concept for engagements.
• Support proposals, SOWs and technical documentation.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Lead Consultant, and delivery teams during handover.
• Participate in internal scoping to confirm resources and timelines.
• Provide feedback to improve solution design and processes.
• Create reusable demo environments and technical collateral for the BC team.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Advise on BC functionality, integration options and best practices.
• Support marketing with technical input for campaigns and events.
