Zenzero Solutions Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our Business Applications team. You will work with clients to understand challenges, design solutions, and deliver transformational outcomes using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role involves workshops, requirements capture, configuring Sales and Customer Service modules, collaborating with specialists, and advising on best practices to maximise the Microsoft

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consultative mindset with a passion for using technology to drive business improvement.
• Knowledge of data integration and reporting is advantageous.
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or managed services environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that solve real business challenges.
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Work alongside technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Create solution designs, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support clients through the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Advise customers on Power Platform best practices, integration strategies, and future capabilities.
• Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies and drive innovation across the customer base.
