Click Digital in Manchester is seeking a Functional Consultant to shape a modern digital transformation programme. You will work on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, delivering scalable, low‑code solutions across the organisation.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions, guide adoption, and drive continuous improvement in AI and automation. This is a hybrid role with a focus on delivering business value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to deliver business value.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Configure and implement applications using a low-code/no-code approach.
• Manage your portfolio of change from discovery through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.
• Act as technical lead for solutions; resolve issues and provide guidance.
• Champion best practices, governance, data quality and continuous improvement.
• Support users, drive adoption and maximise value of Microsoft technologies.
• Keep up to date with Microsoft innovations and identify opportunities to introduce new capabilities.
