Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking a MS Dynamics Developer with 6+ years of experience to drive CRM configuration and integration projects. You will coordinate between client, Valtech and the CRM vendor, gather requirements, translate them into specs, and maintain Dynamics configurations across the platform.

The role emphasises agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive risk management, with remote/hybrid options and international mobility prospects.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience with hands-on functional/configuration exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience configuring CRM entities, forms, views, and workflows.
• Strong requirement-gathering and functional analysis skills; ability to convert business asks into CRM items.
• Experience coordinating across client, delivery partner and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as coordination point between Valtech, client and CRM vendor for MS Dynamics 365 tickets.
• Gather, clarify and document business requirements; drive them to closure with the CRM vendor.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories or config change requests.
• Maintain CRM configurations (business rules, workflows, forms, views, entities).
• Own routine CRM tasks such as product, pricing, catalogue updates and maintenance.
• Provide first-line functional support; triage, troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
• Log requirements, change requests, issues and statuses across all parties for transparency.
• Support UAT cycles to ensure changes meet original business requirements.
• Flag risks and scope gaps; contribute to project risk management.
