Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Marketing is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer to join our CRM team in Cookham on a hybrid schedule. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £38,000 to £42,000 and a benefits package.

You will develop, configure and support Dynamics 365 capabilities, build plugins and workflows, and collaborate across the organisation to deliver reliable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in development, configuration or support roles.
• Experience providing first and second-line application support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and working within Agile environments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and web resources.
• Provide first and second-line support, resolving CRM issues and supporting colleagues.
• Help manage system releases, testing and deployments.
• Contribute to integrations with other business systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
