Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced D365 CE Technical Lead to own delivery across large Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform transformation programmes. You’ll work with Solution Architects, senior stakeholders and developers to shape robust technical solutions, drive modernisation, and mentor colleagues while upholding security, performance and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Lead, Senior Technical Consultant or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience with D365 CE customisation, development and integrations.
• Experience on large-scale or complex D365 CE transformations.
• Comfortable working with Solution Architects and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical direction to developers and consultants.
• Design and oversee integrations across D365 CE and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Review designs, development approaches and code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support.
• Mentor and develop technical consultants and developers.
• Contribute to technical standards, governance and best practices.
