Job summary

Johnson Matthey in Milton key area seeks a Dynamic 365 Solution Specialist (Technical) to drive ERP improvements, lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, and govern third-party solutions across global operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate processes, and build reports using Excel and Power BI, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems and driving ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports.
• Ability to govern third-party solutions and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and operational system requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements.
• Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and implementation.
• Govern and validate third-party solutions to align with business needs.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support design, development, and deployment of new system functionalities.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support decision-making.
• Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
• Develop models, reports, and documentation to support business functions.
• Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
