Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a Part-Time Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to work in a Year 4 class at a three-form-entry primary school in Lichfield. The role is long-term, starting as soon as possible and running until July 2027, with hours Monday to Wednesday, 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

You will plan, assess and mark work according to school policies, deliver engaging lessons and collaborate with a Teaching Assistant.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Ability to confidently lead a classroom.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess and mark pupils' work in line with school policies.
• Deliver engaging and creative KS2 lessons.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistant to support pupil progress.
