Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Norwich branch. You will handle general warehouse duties, picking and packing, loading/unloading, and ensure a tidy, safe workplace while delivering excellent customer service at the trade counter.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00 with a 1-hour break; salary £26,695 plus bonus and benefits, including a strong pension, annual leave, healthcare access, and staff

Qualificações

• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Physically demanding role; able to lift heavy items.
• Excellent communication and confidence in customer interactions.
• Dependable team player willing to help across the branch.
• Keenness to learn with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, with heavy lifting involved (boilers, radiators, toilets).
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Ensuring workspace is tidy and adheres to health and safety procedures.
• Support the Trade Counter with exceptional customer service.
