Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences PLC is seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods within our UK facility.

On a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, you will lead warehouse activities, supervise colleagues, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and SHEQ teams to meet service goals and uphold high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain with goods receipt, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Experience leading or supervising a team with ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise in a busy operation.
• Experience using WMS/ERP or similar inventory tools and data driven decision making.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge processes.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.

As a Warehouse Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC), you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by leading warehouse activities, supervising team members, maintaining high safety standards, and optimising processes to meet business objectives. Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) teams, you will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Proven experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment, with a solid understanding of goods receipt, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch processes.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve both individual and team performance objectives.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail in a busy operation.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or similar inventory management tools, with confidence in working with data to drive operational performance and accuracy.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies, and support operational change initiatives.
