Job summary

Morgan Ryder Associates is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing business on a 12-month fixed term contract in Liverpool. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of goods while driving high standards of safety, quality and performance.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Despatch Manager, you will coach a team, manage KPIs, drive Lean/6S improvements and support the rollout of a new WMS/ERP

• Previous warehouse leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Liverpool

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing business on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Despatch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while driving high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
