Job summary

Listers Group in Solihull is seeking an Administrator for the busy Used Car Buying Team. The role supports the purchase of used cars, customer coordination, and intercompany logistics within a 35-hour week.

You will handle valuations, trade codes, and reporting for auction vehicles, contributing to a fast-paced and rewarding environment with strong team support and several employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally well organised and efficient at undertaking complex tasks.
• Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to co-ordinate a heavy workload.
• Strong and confident communicator with the ability to influence others to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Used Car Buyers by administering the purchase of Used Cars.
• Contacting Customers direct and arranging collection and payment.
• Arranging intercompany collections with transport companies.
• Obtaining valuations on used cars and issuing Trade Authority Codes.
• Creating spreadsheets for Auction Sales.
• Creating reports for Used Vehicles.
• Dealing with any enquiries for Auction Vehicles.
