First Choice Staff is seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our Birmingham office. The role focuses on leading training across the organization, delivering induction, industry, system, and career development training, and driving adoption of new practices.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to create focused programs and maintain an energetic, forward‑looking approach to improve performance. Excellent salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Trainer in a similar role.
• Proactive, forward‑thinking, energetic approach and ability to work at pace.
• Experience within International Freight, Logistics or Supply Chain industries is an advantage.
• Understanding of Cargo Wise system is an advantage, not essential.

Training Lead

Seeking to recruit an experienced, energetic, and positive Lead Trainer to join a dynamic and forward thinking Fright & Logistics organisation, who is confident in their approach.

In return our client is offering a salary of up to £50,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, and they are Birmingham based.

The role will be to work with the Training, Learning and Development aspect of the business and requires an experience Lead Trainer who can deliver engaging, proactive, and informative training across all levels. From company Induction training, Industry training, Improvement & Development, System training, as well as Management and Career Development training and rolling out new working practise.

Working closely with the with various different business departments to deliver focused and impactful training, driving adoption and not over engineered complex training.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role, have a proactive, forward thinking and energic approach, and enjoy working at pace, thrive on delivering training and want to see and make an impact on the teams improved performances.

Previous experience of working within the International Freight, Logistics and/or Supply Chain industry would be an advantage along with and understanding of the Cargo Wise system, though this is not essential
