Job summary

Overstone Gate Primary School is hiring a Teaching and Learning Assistant to join the growing team. You will be based at Wootton Park School until the new Overstone gate opens, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4pm, and contributing to a supportive trust environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young learners, a commitment to high standards, and a focus on safeguarding and student welfare within a friendly, collaborative school community.

Qualifications

• At least 5 A-C/4-9 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge, experience and skills
• Experience of working with young people in a learning environment
• Understanding of the varying needs of learners and how to support these
