Job summary
Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a partner school in the UK. This temporary role offers a pathway to a permanent contract for the right candidate, based on performance and school need.
You'll assist with classroom activities, reinforce positive behaviour, and collaborate with teachers and staff to help pupils reach their potential. DBS checks and ongoing training support are available through Teaching Personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in UK schools.
- Strong understanding of classroom support and behaviour management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- Passion for supporting children's educational development.
- Enhanced Child-Only DBS Certificate preferred; support for new application available.
