Qualifications

• Experience in education or learning support is preferred.
• Experience with young people and safeguarding is beneficial.
• Ability to engage pupils and support their development in line with school routines.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in classroom activities and help them engage with learning.
• Work with individuals or small groups to provide added support.
• Help teachers prepare resources and maintain a calm learning environment.
• Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model for pupils.
