Job summary

Laceby Stanford Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high quality teaching, inspire pupils to achieve their potential and work within a supportive multi-academy trust.

Working hours are 8:30am to 3:20pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus 5 days. The role requires experience as a Teaching Assistant and a strong commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience as an outstanding Teaching Assistant.
• Ability to engage learners and deliver high-quality learning.
• GCSE grade C in English and Mathematics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow plans and deliver 1:1 and group teaching.
• Deliver high quality teaching and learning to all pupils.
• Engage and support a dynamic, creative classroom environment.
• Work effectively with the teaching team and communicate well.
