Job summary

PK Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will assist teachers in classrooms, small groups, and 1-1 settings, helping students build confidence and engagement across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Roles include both short-term and long-term opportunities with a commitment to safeguarding and supporting SEN and mainstream provision. PK Education offers flexible placements and ongoing industry support.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in classroom settings.
• Ability to support students of all abilities, including SEND.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in the classroom and in small groups.
• Provide one-to-one support to students as needed.
• Support the wider curriculum depending on pupil needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
