Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant to support a mainstream secondary school in Oxfordshire. You will work with students across KS3 and KS4, helping them engage with learning and assisting teachers with classroom activities and student engagement.

Starting ASAP for part-time, day-to-day work with potential for long-term roles. PAYE pay, with market-leading rates, CPD opportunities, and 24/7 consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students across KS3 and KS4.
• Experience supporting learning across a range of subjects.
• Good understanding of the Secondary Curriculum.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting students' learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective classroom support and help students engage positively with their learning.
