Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream Secondary School in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant for part-time, day-to-day work starting ASAP.

You will support students across KS3 and KS4, assisting teachers with classroom activities, student engagement and learning. The successful candidate will have experience with KS3/KS4 and a positive, adaptable attitude toward helping learners overcome barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students across KS3 and KS4.
• Experience supporting learning across a range of different subjects.
• A good understanding of the Secondary Curriculum.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting students' learning.
