Job summary

GSL Education invites applications for Teaching Assistants to join a network of schools in Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead, Hillingdon and West London. Roles include 1:1 and small-group support across primary and secondary settings, with flexible full-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in a school, education or similar setting.
• Confident supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping pupils succeed.
• Positive approach to behaviour management.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable) and an understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Support teachers with classroom activities and small-group work.
• Assist with pupils who have SEN or additional learning needs.
