Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Trowbridge (BA14) seeks a caring and proactive Female Support Worker to support three women living in flats within the same building. The role is 1:1 and core hours; you will help maintain independence and provide the right level of support when needed.

The position involves personal care, medication support, and companionship, with DBS checks and training provided. A full UK manual driving licence is preferred for outings.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential - full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support one person with personal care.
• Support one wheelchair user when out and about.
• Assist with medication administration for one person.
• Encourage independence and daily routines and goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Build positive relationships with family when appropriate.
