Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A degree in Science or a relevant subject such as biology, chemistry or physics.
• Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Teach science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (biology, chemistry, physics).
• Differentiate lessons to meet varying abilities and learning styles.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and track improvements.
