Job summary

Wingstop UK is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead on-floor operations, drive service standards and support the development of Crew Members. You will ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety while keeping shifts running smoothly during peak periods.

You’ll motivate the team, lead by example, and deliver memorable experiences for customers across dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Positive, team‑first mindset.
