Affinity Workforce in the Bristol area is seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible. The roles involve 1:1 support and classroom assistance, following EHCPs where required, with experience in UK schools essential.

Candidates should have strong literacy and numeracy, great communication, and a flexible, positive attitude. Training and safeguarding courses are provided, along with CV help and a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in UK school settings.
• Experience supporting the KS3/KS4 curriculum.
• Ability to follow EHCPs for students as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support and assist across the class.
• Follow EHCPs and support students with a range of needs.
• Contribute to delivering KS3/KS4 curriculum objectives.
