Affinity Partnerships, L.L.C. is seeking a keen Teaching assistant to support students academically and socially. The role requires understanding of primary education and EHCPs, with experience assisting in all curriculum areas.

Qualifications

The successful applicant:

• Have a sound understanding of Primary Education
• Develop a good understanding of the student's EHCP - their strengths, needs, outcomes and practice.
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative.
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
