Affinity Partnerships are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary school teachers to join the Taunton area. The roles cover KS3/KS4 with flexible day-to-day or longer-term opportunities, starting September 2026.

Success depends on delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils of all abilities to reach their potential. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, strong literacy and numeracy, and experience with SEND needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers Status.
• Sound understanding of Secondary Education.
• Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Confidence supporting KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Experience supporting children across the curriculum.
• Team player with initiative and good humour.
• Experience with SEND including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and other SEND.
• Positive approach and flexible to job demands.
