Job summary

Class Act Recruitment is seeking flexible Secondary Supply Teachers for Oxford and the surrounding areas. These roles offer variety and the chance to make a positive impact across multiple schools.

You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapt quickly to different settings, manage behaviour, follow or create content, assess pupil progress, and uphold safeguarding standards. Weekly PAYE pay is provided, along with exclusive deals and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Confident teaching across a range of subjects or specialising in one.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability.
• Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom expectations.
• Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Follow lesson plans provided or create appropriate content when required.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where necessary.
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
