Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities in some schools.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues, mentors, and wider school staff.
• Fully engage with your ECT induction programme and professional development opportunities.
