Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking qualified teachers for secondary schools across the UK. Roles cover English, Maths, Science, and more, with KS3/KS4 delivery and potential KS5 opportunities.

We welcome both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about student attainment, engaging lessons, and strong classroom management. Temporary positions with opportunities for permanent progression are available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school environment.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passionate about raising student attainment and engagement.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons within your subject specialism across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may also be available).
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports all learners.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and attendance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff to support student success.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
