Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate Secondary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of secondary schools in Lincolnshire. The roles include daily supply and longer-term opportunities, tailored to your experience and availability.

Applicants should hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, have an Enhanced DBS, and be eligible to work in the UK. We offer support via a dedicated consultant, virtual registration and access to CPD resources to help you progress in your teaching

Qualifications

• Hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
• Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment and education history, where possible
• Have the legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs
• Adapt confidently to different teaching environments and school settings
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
